95 Bed Acute Ward Block, Beaumont Hospital Dublin awaiting planning permission

KJA are thrilled to announce we are awaiting planning permission from Dublin City Council for a 95 Bed Acute Ward Block located in Beaumont Hospital Dublin.

The new five-story ward, adjacent to the existing Ward block, will feature 19 en-suite bedrooms per floor, plus a rooftop plant floor. A new lift and stair core to the north will connect horizontally to existing wards and serve the new Emergency Department. Construction is complex due to the need to maintain an existing link corridor, requiring a detailed phasing strategy. The building also includes a staff garden terrace, offering a unique amenity in one of Ireland's busiest hospitals.
