The project involved the provision of a fully integrated i-Suite of equipment developed by 'Stryker / Sisk Healthcare' to the existing Theatre 9 in the Operating Department of the University Hospital Limerick. The Theatre, known as the i-Theatre / Colorectal Theatre Suite is to be used for minimally invasive colorectal procedures and keyhole surgery for colorectal patients. The theatre was fully re-equipped comprising 'state of the art' Theatre Control Panels, touch screen panels, new Theatre lights and medical pendants by 'Stryker', IT Docking Station and IT equipment.
