The project included the refurbishment of the existing On Call Doctor's Residence facilities at the University Hospital Limerick in a phased development to minimise the impact of the development on on-going hospital operations. The first phase included 7 no. fully en-suite on-call rooms including accessible facilities along with a new kitchen and dining area and support facilities. The second phase included a further 10 on-call rooms and support facilities. The project was completed in May 2014.
