The design concept was to create a series of double storey classroom pavilions arranged in a curved form around the common spaces required in the brief. The design optimises daylighting conditions in all of the classrooms and the spacing of pavilions creates break out spaces associated with pairs of classrooms ensuring that teaching opportunities arising in the context of day to day activities is maximised.
